I decided to fill a slot in my calendar with a few days trip to one of the most magical places I’ve visited – Lofoten islands. It’s far away but always worth it, even when the weather is not completely on your side. Having soaked tents and gear doesn’t matter if you’re travelling with positive people – rain or shine.
The feeling of arrival to the emerald coloured islands…
Talking about a perfect camping spot. 1am Arctic summer.
Night snack with a view
2am – If you’re not used to nightless nights it could be difficult to sleep.
Lunch by the sea
“This is the dog fur plant.”
Guys were camera-shy
Trying to spot the T-Rex
8pm – It’s gonna be a windy night but who cares.
Waking up to another rainy morning
So beautiful on all-weather
The forecast didn’t give us any hope, so we decided to start moving.
Somewhere in Sweden. Beach full of skipping stones…
…and the purest water.
Dinner on the road
Out of reception. So many crazy and bad things happening in the world. In Lapland it’s easy to forget. Taking it all in.
